• Package It Up: Securely pack the item with the original receipt or proof of purchase.
• Ship It Back: Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or there was an error on our part.

• Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive your return.
• Original shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.

✅ Processing Time: Each tray is custom printed in-house just for you. Please allow a few days for creation before your order ships. Once your order is out of production, please allow 3-5 business days for shipment (excluding weekends and holidays).

✅ Tracking Provided: You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

✅ Shipping Rates: Calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and shipping method.
