ORDER PROCESSING
Standard Items: Most in-stock orders are processed within 3–5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
Stackable Tile Trays: Each stackable tray is custom printed in-house. Please allow 7–10 business days for production before your order ships. Once production is complete, transit typically takes 3–5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
SHIPPING RATES & OPTIONS
✅ Shipping Methods: Standard and expedited options are available at checkout.
✅ Shipping Rates: Calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and selected shipping method.
✅ Tracking: A tracking number will be provided as soon as your order ships.

Items may be returned within 14 days of purchase for a refund or exchange.

Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition. (Think: no coffee stains, bent pages, missing pieces, or signs of play.)

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN

• Package It Up: Securely pack the item with proof of purchase.
• Ship It Back: Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or we made an error.
REFUND DETAILS
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive the return.
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
• Items that have been used, played, or damaged
• Custom or special-order items, including limited-run tile sets and personalized or made-to-order products
