New merchandise may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• In their original packaging

• Complete with all included accessories

• In resalable condition

Items showing signs of use, damage, missing parts, or altered packaging are not eligible for return.

Exchanges

Vintage Mah Jongg sets are unique collectibles and are sold as-is and are NOT eligible for returns or exchanges.

Every vintage set is individually photographed and carefully described. Normal signs of age—including patina, small chips, scratches, color variation, repairs, wear, or other imperfections consistent with decades of use—are considered part of the character and history of the set.
