Service Description
Evening Mah Jongg 101 & 102 BUNDLE Add something fun, cozy, and genuinely connecting to your holiday fun. Join us for two relaxed morning sessions where you’ll learn a game that brings people together across generations, just in time for family gatherings. This two-class bundle is perfect for brand-new players or anyone wanting a complete refresher. In Mah Jongg 101, you’ll learn the essentials: the tiles, the NMJL card, hand setup, the Charleston, and basic etiquette. You’ll finish the morning playing your first full round with gentle, real-time coaching. In Mah Jongg 102, we build on the basics, faster, smarter hand selection, introductory defensive play, and guided open play that boosts confidence and table awareness. By the end of the two mornings, you’ll be ready to sit down at any American mah jongg table with confidence, and you’ll have spent the start of your Thanksgiving week laughing, learning, and connecting.
Cancellation Policy
Ozark Mah Jongg – Booking Policy We’re so glad you’re ready to learn and play with us! To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for everyone, please review the following booking policies that apply to all Ozark Mah Jongg classes: 📅 Booking & Scheduling All classes must be booked in advance. Private lessons are offered for groups of four and scheduled based on mutual availability. Bundled classes (Mah Jongg 101 + 102) are ideally scheduled 3–7 days apart to maximize learning and retention. We’ll schedule your second class at the end of your first session. Classes can take place in your home or in our Game Studio (location provided after booking). 💳 Payment Payment is due in full at the time of booking to reserve your spot. We accept all major credit cards through our secure checkout process. 🔁 Rescheduling & Cancellations Life happens! We allow one complimentary reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made with more than 24 hours’ notice are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice are non-refundable, but we’ll do our best to work with you on rescheduling, subject to availability. No-shows are not eligible for rescheduling or refund. 🀄 Group Size All private classes are designed for 4 players.
